We are looking for a consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience to support the development of the Culture Advisory Pole, which intervenes in cultural transformation support, executive team coaching, or the design of leadership programs... Within the team, the Associate Manager's vocation is:

1. To contribute to the missions of the Culture Advisory Pole:

Supporting Account Directors in terms of project management, design of seminars and workshops, design of facilitation materials, management and animation of client relationships... Supporting the skill development of consultants on the projects being led.

1. To provide support for development by designing and writing commercial proposals and responses to calls for tenders, in coordination with other team members.
2. By contributing to the firm's Knowledge Management: formalization and enrichment of the firm's methodologies and expertise through the missions and projects conducted.

Graduate of a top business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon...), Sciences Po, or a major university, 7 to 10 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting firm, Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a demanding environment, with rigor and autonomy, Strong analytical and synthesis skills, writing ease, clarity in communication, Reactivity, situational intelligence, and excellent interpersonal skills, Interest in the human challenges of companies Fluent English and very good mastery of PowerPoint
