To support our growth in Singapore, Sia is recruiting a Data Science Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing, Customer and Product topics, with a focus on Luxury, Consumer Goods & Retail (LCG) use cases.   As part of Sia’s Data Science teams, you will work with client operational teams and marketing/product leaders to frame data needs, analyze data, and deploy data science solutions that create measurable business impact.   Your work may include (depending on project needs):  Data analysis & strategic decision support (insights, measurement frameworks, experimentation, KPI design)  

Machine Learning, statistics & Generative AI (from model design to deployment)  

Data engineering & DevOps (data preparation pipelines, reproducibility, industrialization)  

Data visualization and stakeholder-ready storytelling (dashboards, analytics apps)  

Data transformation & enablement (data literacy / acculturation, operating model, ways of working)  

You will also contribute to Sia’s internal development through:  Offer building, training, communities of practice, and R&D initiatives  

Thought leadership (articles, studies) and participation in events  

Business development support (needs definition, proposals, opportunity identification)  

Qualifications  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an engineering school or business school, with specialization in data science, statistics, and/or marketing analytics. 

1+ years of experience delivering data/analytics projects in a marketing, customer, product or strategy context (consulting experience is a plus)  

Strong knowledge of data science & machine learning algorithms (supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, etc.)  

Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL, and solid data modelling foundations  

Ability to manage projects end-to-end and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different seniority levels  

Nice to have Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Python visualization/app frameworks (e.g., Dash/Plotly)  

Experience with Databricks (Jobs & Pipeline, Databricks Genie) 

Exposure to cloud environments (GCP, AWS and/or Azure)  

Strong interest in LCG business challenges (luxury, FMCG/consumer goods, retail), and the ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes
