Cyber Security & Resilience Consultant

Sia is looking for a Consultant to join the Cyber Security & Resilience Practice for its Milan office (hybrid mode). The selected person will be involved in projects concerning the following intervention topics:

• Cyber Strategy
• Cyber Risk
• Cyber Compliance
• Cyber Operations
• Cyber Resilience

Sia will also allow you to contribute proactively to the growth and development of the Cyber Security Practice through the proposal and preparation of workshops, seminars, and publications on the most innovative topics in the Cyber Security field.

Education

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Technologies and Systems, Economics.
• Master's Degree in Law, International Law, Criminology or similar, provided there is a proven academic track record and/or professional experience in Cyber topics.

Required Experience

• 2-3 years in leading consulting firms or within Cybersecurity and/or IT project structures of companies operating in multinational contexts.
• Familiarity with some information security standards, norms, and/or best practices, in particular ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST, CIS, CSA;

Language Skills

• excellent knowledge of English
• knowledge of French and/or any other foreign language is considered a plus

• Proactivity
• Curiosity about the subject and relevant technological trends
• Ability to balance the need to work in a group (especially in multicultural contexts) with the expected degree of autonomy required by the role
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong orientation to problem solving, commensurate with the level required by the role

Certifications

Availability of at least one certification* in the following areas:

• CISM
• CISA
• CRISK
• ISO27002
• ISO22301
• COBIT
• ITIL
• CISSP

Certifications of vendor security solutions or third-party platforms are also considered. Exceptions to the requirement of this last area will be made for high-potential profiles or those with proven experience. If necessary, an ad hoc training path will also be defined within the Cyber Training Program provided by the Sia Cyber Institute.
