Consultant / Senior Consultant Insurance

Sia is looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Milan and/or Rome office to be included within the Insurance Practice on insurance sector projects, based on innovative approaches developed internally through experience gained at major players on a global scale. The paradigms upon which we base our approach combine: business skills (innovative products, augmented distribution models, …) organizational skills (new operating models, processes made efficient through the use of new technologies, …) relevant regulatory knowledge (Solvency II, IDD, IFRS17, …), In the project scope, the resource - within a team of expert consultants - will be responsible for: proactively contributing to the management of project activities with increasing complexity commensurate with their profile; extracting useful business insights for decision-making; supporting the Manager in managing the relationship with the Client; coordinating more junior resources in achieving project results; collaborating with international centers of competence and participating in the business development of Sia Partners. Furthermore, we provide the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development activities of the Insurance Practice through participation in workshops or seminars and industry publications. Educational background: Master's degree in Economic disciplines, preferably with a focus on the insurance sector. Fundamental requirements: At least 3 years of experience in the role at leading consulting firms within project structures or at companies in the relevant sector In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools In-depth knowledge and passion for the insurance world and industry regulations In-depth knowledge of PM/PMO methodologies Mastery of insurance processes (Life, Non-Life, Health, …) and related products Language skills: professional use of English; knowledge of the French language is a plus. Soft skills: Enthusiasm and proactivity Analytical and synthesis skills Attitude toward teamwork in a problem-solving perspective Strong result orientation
