Sia is looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Milan office (hybrid mode) to join projects involving organizational and product innovation, and the application of AI in the banking sector. The figure will be involved in the analysis and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients, through the review of business processes and the definition of new organizational models and use cases, with particular attention to aspects related to the use of AI in the banking world and the enhancement of data. Sia supports its clients along the technological and process transformation journey, through: the development of new products the evolution of digital channels (web, app) from a multichannel perspective the re-engineering of end-to-end processes supporting the adoption of AI in the corporate context, from awareness to the definition of use cases and the implementation of solutions Our methodologies combine sectoral expertise (e.g., innovative payments, e-commerce, compliance, digital) with the ability to develop data-driven business models, algorithms for data usage, and business cases to support the strategic decisions of top management. Educational background: Master's degree in economic-scientific subjects (Economics, Fintech, Management, Management Engineering, and all disciplines pertaining to the STEM area) Experience: 2-4 years of experience gained at consulting firms or at particularly innovative companies in the banking sector in at least two of the following areas: Customer Journey and Customer Experience: review of the customer journey, need prioritization logic, MVP approach, review of Front-End and mobile Banking/Wallet applications Project Manager / Product Owner in the Digital Banking / Payments field Digital Payments: Issuing, Acquiring, E-commerce AI for banking: declination of use cases, supporting the implementation of AI/Gen AI solutions Data visualization and data analysis Design of new operating models and process review (also through mapping on BPM tools such as ARIS, MEGA, …), drafting of internal regulations (Directives, Operating Procedures, Manuals) Foreign languages: excellent knowledge of English (daily use); knowledge of French or another language is considered a plus. Soft skills: Strong interest in digital transformation in the banking sector Curiosity and interest towards the world of AI Enthusiasm and proactivity Analytical and synthesis skills Attitude toward teamwork in a problem-solving perspective Strong attitude toward achieving results
