Senior Managerial Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a consultant to support the development of the Collective Efficiency Pole, which intervenes in supporting cultural transformations, coaching executive teams, or designing soft skills training programs... Within the team, the senior consultant's vocation is: To contribute to the missions of the Collective Efficiency Pole: In support of the Mission Director, regarding project management, preparation of seminars and workshops, design of facilitation materials... By ensuring the follow-up (note-taking, minutes, analysis, synthesis, proposal, action plan...) of client interventions.

To provide support for development by designing and writing commercial proposals and responses to calls for tenders, in coordination with other team members. By contributing to the firm's Knowledge Management: formalization and enrichment of the firm's methodologies and expertise through the missions and projects conducted.

A graduate of a top business school, Sciences Po, or a major university, you have at least 3 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting firm. You have demonstrated a real ability to work in a team in a demanding environment, showing rigor and autonomy. You possess a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, writing skills, as well as great clarity in communication. Reactive, endowed with developed situational intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills, you manifest a marked interest in human issues within companies. You speak English fluently and have perfect mastery of PowerPoint.
