Sia is looking for an Associate Manager and/or a Manager for the Milan and/or Rome offices to join the Insurance Practice. At Sia, the Insurance team helps Clients achieve their strategic objectives through the transformation of their business, designing new operating models and leveraging the best technologies, as well as deep market knowledge. We bring our expertise along the entire value chain and particularly in the areas of distribution models and products, the internal controls area (Risk Management, Compliance, Actuarial Function, Internal Audit) and the Finance area. We also operate with the support of data analytics through specific skills in the fields of Machine Learning and Business Intelligence. In a project context, the resource, supported by expert consultants, will be responsible for: Definition and implementation of operational plans for compliance with new industry regulations Definition and implementation of target operating models for specific business areas Management and direction of complex transformation projects Extracting business insights useful for decision-making from data Management of accounting activities for the Client (offering, new opportunities, forecast)
Educational background: Master's degree in Economic disciplines, preferably with a focus on the insurance sector. Fundamental requirements: At least 4-5 years of experience in the role In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; In-depth knowledge of the insurance world and industry regulations; In-depth knowledge of PMO methodologies; Knowledge of insurance processes (Life, Non-Life, Health, …) and related products; For the “regulatory” area: knowledge of the main operational activities of Risk Management and Compliance functions. Language skills: professional use of English; knowledge of the French language is a plus. Soft skills: Enthusiasm and proactivity; Analytical and synthesis skills; Attitude toward teamwork in a problem-solving perspective; Strong result orientation.
