Job Description

The International candidate search specialist (IT) will be responsible for identifying and selecting potential IT specialists from international markets in accordance with the specific candidate requirements provided by the company's business client.

Client companies will provide the necessary candidate criteria, such as professional qualifications, technical skills, experience, and the required number of potential candidates. The employee will search relevant international markets and identify individuals whose professional profiles match these requirements.

The employee's role is limited to candidate searching, initial profile screening, and sending candidate information to the client company for independent review.

The employee will not be responsible for making decisions regarding hiring or employment, conducting official job interviews, making job offers, discussing employment terms, candidate onboarding, or managing work permits, immigration, or relocation procedures.

All decisions regarding further evaluation, interviews, hiring, and employment remain solely with the respective client company.

The position will involve regular communication in English with potential candidates, international search partners, and client companies.
