EXPORT MANAGER

We are looking for an export manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working with existing clients and actively attracting new clients in international markets.

Your main responsibilities:

• provide high-level customer service in English to existing and potential clients;
• actively and purposefully attract new clients by contacting them via email, telephone, and in person;
• prepare and send commercial offers to clients;
• process client orders and monitor their fulfillment;
• maintain regular communication with clients during order fulfillment;
• accurately and timely register discussions, correspondence, and other client-related information;
• build and maintain long-term cooperation with clients.

What we expect from you:

• at least 2 years of continuous work experience in the logistics industry within a single company;
• experience in customer service and/or sales will be considered an advantage;
• very good communication and negotiation skills;
• good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
• good computer skills, especially when working with Microsoft Excel;
• ability to work in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and effectively plan your time;
• result-oriented and goal-driven;
• desire to learn and acquire new skills;
• ability to work independently, following established procedures and guidelines.
