NB DMC SIA is an inbound tourism company with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in the organization of tourism services in the Baltic and Nordic countries region. Expanding the company's operations and developing cooperation with foreign partners, we invite a motivated and responsible tourism organizer to join the team.

Main job responsibilities:

• organize and coordinate the service of tourist groups, conference groups, and individual travelers;
• make reservations for hotels, transport, restaurants, guides, and other tourism services;
• prepare individual and group travel offers for clients;
• search for and attract new cooperation partners and clients in the Turkey market;
• maintain and develop cooperation with existing clients and suppliers;
• monitor reservation fulfillment deadlines and check received confirmations;
• prepare reports and ensure accurate data accounting;
• cooperate with company partners in Latvia and abroad, ensuring high quality of customer service.
• travel to other countries to perform audits of reserved services and preparatory work

Requirements for candidates:

• excellent knowledge of English and Turkish languages orally and in writing, for communication with foreign clients and cooperation partners;
• experience working with clients from Turkey;
• excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
• ability to plan work independently, make decisions, and work in a dynamic environment;
• good computer skills working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Illustrator.
