FOOD AND BEVERAGE TECHNOLOGIST

MAIN REQUIREMENT is spoken and written English language skills, as the work involves preparing professional documentation and communication in English.

Job responsibilities: preparation and review of HACCP/self-control documentation, technological cards, and product specifications; menu development and preparation of associated calculations; preparation of food product labeling and nutritional calculations; evaluation of regulatory requirements and consulting for food companies; coordination of client projects and preparation of professional documentation; support in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS projects according to experience.
