Customer Support Specialist in Cēsis

Our workload is growing, and with it, we are looking for additional support for our team! The woodworking company Duck Woodworks invites a customer support specialist/-i to join the team in Cēsis.

WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH:daily communication with customers and partners;receiving, processing, and entering orders into the system according to the guidelines developed by the company;maintaining necessary data in the database;preparing documents and printouts as needed.

WE EXPECT:excellent English language skills;experience in customer service, order processing, and organizing deliveries will be considered an advantage;a high sense of responsibility and the ability to organize your time;excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, as well as to show initiative;understanding and interest in wood product manufacturing and logistics processes.
