Job Description

• Record and input daily financial transactions.
• Handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
• Perform cash and bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile outlet sales and online platform transactions.
• Check invoices, reimbursements, and payment documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Assist with tax and payroll administration.
• Maintain and organize financial documents.
• Perform other Finance & Accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Holds Brevet A & B tax certification.
• owning a laptop
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet companies is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Good understanding of basic accounting, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Basic English proficiency for communication and document reading.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
