Freight Forwarding Operations Officer

We are looking for Operations officer  to join our team.  Monday-Friday 9am-6pm , Saturdays only if required

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Immediate Position

Responsibilities : Preparation of import/export documents to facilitate airfreight/ocean freight shipments

Liaise with customers, transporter, airfreight/shipping agencies for shipment execution including booking, cargo pick up, pre-alerts, etc

Import/Export shipment follow up, clearance and delivery fulfilment to customers

Permit declaration

Requirements : Experience preferred

Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent, diligent and keen learner

Strong spoken/written communication and inter personal skills
