Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally. Present menus and recommend drinks and food items. Upsell premium drinks, bottles, and special packages. Monitor guests throughout their stay and respond to their needs promptly. Process bills accurately. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary . Ensure assigned tables remain clean and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
