Responsibilities:
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Ensure accurate stock usage and records. Monitor drink inventory. Report stock shortages promptly and efficiently. Minimize wastage and breakages in the bar Work with waitresses for timely service. Comply with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
