Operation Manager

Working Location : Tuas Bay Walk Transport Provided Lunch Provided 5.5 Days Work Week Job Responsibilities: ·        Oversee and manage daily warehouse and operational activities ·        Supervise warehouse, drivers and operations staff ·        Coordinate manpower, delivery schedules and workflow ·        Monitor inventory and ensure operational accuracy ·        Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance ·        Handle operational issues and resolve problems efficiently ·        Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel and management ·        Improve operational processes and productivity Requirements: ·        Previous experience in operations / warehouse management ·        Strong leadership and communication skills ·        Able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment ·        Good problem-solving and organizational skills ·        Able to start immediately is highly preferred ·        Candidates with experience in the cold chain / food industry will have an advantage Lin Stephanie EA Registration Number: R23118908 EA Licence No: 23C1729 ( SHR Global Talent )
