HGV ENGINEER

HGV Technician - Essex £Competitive Salary + Overtime | 45 Hours | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced HGV Engineer / Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Essex.

The Role

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing HGV vehicles
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults
• Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Working as part of an experienced workshop team

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in HGV / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - essential
• Previous HGV/commercial vehicle experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Hours (days and nights available) : 45 hours

Monday-Friday

Shifts rotating (days): 06:00-15:30 or 12:30-22:00 30-minute unpaid break Saturdays as required Overtime paid at time and a half

Nights: Tuesday-Friday (Enhanced Pay)
