Electrical Panel Builder

Worcester - £27.00 Per/Hour (LTD or Umbrella) - 4 Weeks + Shorterm

Group are looking for a number of experienced control panel builders with experience within the automation industry to act as an extension to an established, in-house engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Assemble and wire control panels, enclosures, and junction boxes
• Mount and label components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices
• Perform continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and functional testing
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve build efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical panel building or control panel wiring
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
