Composite Laminators, Fitters, Machinists & Patternmakers - Oxfordshire Oxfordshire £28.73 - £45.65 per hour Various Shift Patterns Available August, September & October 2026 Starts

Shorterm Group is supporting a leading Formula 1 team with a significant recruitment campaign for an exciting new vehicle build programme. We are looking to speak with experienced motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace and high-performance automotive professionals for the following positions:

August / September Start Dates:

• Composite Laminators x13
• Composite Fitters x7
• Machinist x1
• Patternmaker x1

Mid-October Start Dates:

• Composite Laminators x25

The successful candidates will have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, precision and attention to detail are critical.

Ideal experience includes:

• Formula 1
• Motorsport

• Automotive
• Composite Manufacturing

Key Skills:

• Composite laminating and tooling
• Trimming and fitting of composite components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Experience within high-performance manufacturing environments
