We are a personnel consultancy and private employment agency and are looking for our client:

Service Desk Agent/ IT Supporter (m/w/d) Full-time Berlin

What needs to be done:

• Support for common Office products, MS Windows, possibly in the hardware and network area
• User support via telephone, remote, and chat
• Documentation of activities
• Working in a ticketing system
• Use and maintenance of the knowledge base

What you should bring:

• Knowledge in handling the Microsoft product family
• English skills
• Good basic IT knowledge
• if possible: Current Vermittlungsgutschein
