IT Engineer (m/w/d) Full-time Berlin

What needs to be done:

• Receipt, recording, prioritization, and forwarding of orders and malfunctions via telephone, PM-Tool, database, fax, mail
• Resolution of reported problems via Remedy
• Processing of new requests or changes to permissions
• Windows administration
• Active Directory

What you should bring with you:

• Professional experience in IT administration
• Independent and committed way of working
• Windows knowledge, SCCM knowledge
• English skills
• if possible: Current Vermittlungsgutschein
