Junior System Administrator
Provide daily technical support for users, PCs, printers, and network issues.
Support Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights under supervision.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Support basic network services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
Assist with system monitoring, updates, backup, and routine maintenance.
Maintain IT asset records and basic technical documentation.
Escalate critical technical issues to the IT Section Head and coordinate with vendors when needed. Preferred Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of VMware ESXi / Virtual Machines is preferred.
Familiarity with Sophos Firewall is an advantage.
Familiarity with DVR/NVR and CCTV systems is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Technical Support.
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO).
Good understanding of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
Basic knowledge of backup, system security, and endpoint protection.
Familiarity with VMware ESXi and Sophos Firewall is preferred.
Familiarity with DVR/NVR and CCTV systems is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Good command of English and strong willingness for self-study and continuous learning.
