Operations CS Executive

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all post-operations tasks following daily job execution. This role is the backbone of Shinyuu’s documentation discipline - ensuring that every completed job is properly verified, recorded, and communicated to customers without delay. This role also provides essential administrative and planning support to the Logistics Planner & Team Supervisor, including backup coverage for planning duties and coordination of loading bay bookings, driver applications, and other operational administrative tasks.
