Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and dental positions.

Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.

Recruit for different medical and dental roles , ensuring candidates meet the required technical and professional criteria.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience .

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the ATS .

Build and maintain a strong medical talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines and targets.

Prepare recruitment reports and follow up on hiring progress and vacancies status.

Support the HR team in achieving overall recruitment and workforce planning objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in HR , Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Previous hands-on experience in Medical Recruitment is mandatory.

Experience recruiting doctors, dentists, nurses, medical staff , or other healthcare professionals is highly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and interviewing skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office.

Excellent command of English and Arabic.
