Aircond Technician / Supervisor
Your tasks
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for commercial Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMC) system to ensure air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably
- Troubleshoot and identifying root course for electrical and mechanical faults followed by executing effective repairs and corrective actions.
- Perform installation and alternations work for commercial ACMC system including testing and commissioning.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and perform necessary restorative actions to minimize downtime
- Prepare and maintain detailed accurate monthly maintenance and repair logs.
- Ensure all works are carried out complies with manufacturer equipment standards, workplace safety requirements, and relevant site procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical /Automotive / Air-Conditioning or any other related fields
- Min 2 years Hands-on experience with commercial air-conditioning, ACMV, HVAC or a related cooling system
- Knowledge in condition monitoring systems will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
