Participation and experience: registrations, attendance rate, engagement, attendee feedback and an on brand experience

Brand impact: brand reach and awareness signals, alongside qualitative feedback where direct attribution isn't possible

Lead generation and follow up: leads captured, lead quality, and complete, timely sales follow up

Commercial contribution: qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution where attribution is appropriate

Operational delivery: budget adherence, cost per attendee or qualified lead, and delivery against agreed timelines

Continuous improvement: actionable learnings from results and feedback that shape even stronger future events
