Construction Project Engineer

Responsible to handle projects independently

Resolve any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site or project

To ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality

Identify problems with project, taking lead on developing solutions

Liaise with clients/consultants/architects concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc

Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule

Update As-Built Drawings

Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Sub-Contractors

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as Project manager in commercial, residential or governmental projects

Ability to work independently and well under pressure to meet crucial deadlines

Highly organized with effective time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details

Good interpersonal skills, motivated and team player who can work across teams

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to work overtime or weekend when required

Speaks English and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Class 3/3A driving license will be an added advantage
