2D/3D Drafter
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D/3D Drafter with experience in Singapore's construction industry to support our project teams in preparing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of local construction practices, drawing standards and site coordination requirements. Experience in BIM modelling will be an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update 2D drawings and 3D models for construction projects.
- Produce architectural, structural and construction detail drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Prepare and revise shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
- Review drawings to identify discrepancies, clashes and coordination issues.
- Incorporate design changes and site feedback into drawings promptly.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
- Assist with BIM modelling and coordination where applicable.
About you
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Drafting or a related discipline.
- Practical 2D/3D drafting experience in Singapore's construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit and relevant 3D drafting software.
- Good understanding of Singapore construction drawings, local building practices/codes and site requirements.
- Able to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
- Familiar with shop drawing preparation, coordination, and as-built documentation.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
