Job Summary Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment while following food safety procedures. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks to support meal preparation Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe food environment Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to meet hygiene standards Receive and store ingredients properly to maintain inventory and freshness Follow food safety and kitchen procedures to comply with health regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage workload during busy periods Perform general kitchen duties as assigned to support smooth kitchen operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet kitchen demands Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in kitchen operations Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
