OPERATIONS MANAGER

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW SITE MANAGER!!!

Job Description:

• Project Supervision: Oversee and manage all Soil Mixing Wall (SMW) activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, including SMW machine activities, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and construction progress.
• Work Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, machine operators, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure proper execution of SMW works.
• Quality Control: Ensure all SMW activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training related to construction or heavy equipment operations is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMW works, foundation works, or similar geotechnical construction projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or site management role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SMW construction methods, piling operations, construction sequencing, equipment management, and quality control procedures.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Safety: Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, hazard identification, and safe work practices.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and site personnel in both languages.
