HYDRAULLIC BACKHOE EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW BACKHOE OPERATOR!!!

Job Description:

• Backhoe Operation: Operate backhoe equipment safely and efficiently to support Soil Mixing Wall (SMW) piling activities, excavation works, trenching, and site preparation.
• Equipment Handling: Perform excavation, leveling, grading, material handling, and backfilling activities as required by project specifications.
• Work Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and SMW machine operators to ensure smooth and accurate execution of construction activities.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure the backhoe is in safe and serviceable condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations, site procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

Qualifications/Requirements: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW BACKHOE OPERATOR!!!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating backhoe equipment for SMW piling works, foundation works, excavation projects, or similar construction activities.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of backhoe operation, excavation techniques, equipment maintenance, and construction site procedures.
• Safety: Strong understanding of construction safety standards, hazard awareness, and safe equipment operation practices.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and site personnel in both languages.
