HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW SPECIALIST!!!

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor Soil Mixing Wall (SMW) installation supervise and monitor SMW installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Monitor installation parameters such as depth, alignment, mixing speed, slurry flow, and panel overlap.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and operators to resolve site issues.
• Monitor daily work progress and equipment performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, installation records, and quality control documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved construction procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in SMW, Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), or similar ground improvement works.
• Knowledge of SMW/DSM installation methods, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and site practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Proficient in Japanese and English.
