EXCAVATING MACHINE OPERATOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW PILLING MACHINE OPERATOR!!!

• Machine Operation: Operate SMW piling machines and related equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with project specifications.
• SMW Piling Works: Perform soil mixing wall (SMW) piling operations, including machine positioning, drilling, mixing, and pile installation.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of the SMW machine and supporting equipment.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and other workers to ensure accurate and efficient SMW operations.
• Quality Control: Ensure piling activities are performed according to approved drawings, method statements, and required tolerances.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions during machine operation.
• Productivity: Maintain efficient machine operation and immediately report equipment problems, delays, or unsafe site conditions.
• General Support: Perform other duties related to SMW works as directed by site management.

Qualifications/Requirements: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW PILLING MACHINE OPERATOR!!!

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating SMW piling machines or similar heavy construction equipment.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SMW piling operations, machine controls, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Safety: Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Core Skills: Good coordination, attention to detail, mechanical awareness, and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions and extended hours when required.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
