QUANTITY SURVEYOR

POSITION: SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To perform all procurement related tasks such as Erection Works of Workshop (WSP) Steel Structure and management of EEl Subcontract on WSP Steel Fabrication Works for Depot Team C.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Negotiation with Subcontractors/Suppliers on prices, terms and conditions.
• Preparation and issuance of Form AB for Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Variation Orders.
• Drafting of Subcontracts, Supply Contracts and other Agreements.
• Processing of Subcontract and Purchase Order Application for Payment including issuance of Payment Assessment Sheet (PAS) and Payment Claim Sheet (PCS).
• Performing other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors.
