POSITION: SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN COORDINATION
- Coordination with General Consultant (GC) for overall Design
- Attend all meetings related MEP Design with Design Consultants and GC
- Review & Approve Detail Design Deliverables based on Employers Requirements (ER, ODS, Basic Design)
- Generate RFI related to Design issues for Technical Co-ordination
- CODE check for Detail Design from Design Consultants (NK)
- Co-ordinate with OEM / Equipment / System suppliers for Detail Design Input
- Co-ordination with Civil & Structural Design Drawings
ENGINEERING
- Technical support for Procurement of Main Equipment.
- Technical Clarification to Sub-contractors/ Vendors for Procurement. (VSA, Material Approval, SDWG, MSC)
- Work out Value Engineering and Cost down ideas
- Review and check Subcon Technical Submission as per Employers Requirement.
SHOP DRAWING
- Review & Approve "Material approval sheet" which initiated by Construction Site Team of each site.
- Review & approve all of shop DWGs from Construction Site team, based on Approved for Construction Drawings.
- Consolidate As Built Drawing after survey actual site.
- Input all of As-Built Drawing to BIM team
INTERFACE
- Attend and organize Interface meeting with CP-106 and other trades
- Design coordination with CP-106 and another package
- Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the Superiors
