Technical Support Officer (Bicycle Components)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct technical training for Shimano stakeholders, including dealers, distributorsand OEM factories. Training topics include component installation, bicycle assembly, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and updates on new technologies and products. Support the preparation of training materials Follow up and process warranty from dealers, distributors and OEM factory Provide warranty report to stakeholders  Provide neutral service at events, including bicycle fine tuning, changing of parts (tires/wheels) when required JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in related fields Good knowledge in bicycle components,parts and technicalities Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.Excel, Words, PPT) Willing to travel overseas and work onweekends for events occasionally Comfortable to communicate and engage all levels and big groups OTHERS: Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay) Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm Uniform & Lunch provided Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
