Process Engineer

Job Description Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental) Lead Project Team (Engineers and Technicians) on process improvement and development activities. Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans/ projects Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline Job Requirements Degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent, preferably with more than 3 years of relevant experience Degree in Mechatronics Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, preferably with more than 3 years of relevant experience Diploma in abovementioned fields, preferably with more than 6 years of relevant experience Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment Sound knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology Willing to travel
