  • Perform follow-up related to absences, leave, sick leave, and workplace accidents.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the skills development plan: registrations, summons, relations with training organizations and with the OPCO, while ensuring budgetary follow-up.
  • Participate in recruitment by ensuring the distribution of job offers and the administrative follow-up of applications.
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of personnel files with the mutual insurance and provident fund.
  • Perform the update of HR indicators and reporting necessary for managing the activity, and ensure the update of the SIRH and the Intranet.
  • Participate in various HR projects and the life of the department.

Permanent contract (CDI), to be filled as soon as possible, in Noisiel - 5 min walk from RER A - 30 min from Gare de Lyon or 10 min from Gare Marne La Vallée Chessy.

Employee status (35 h/week), remuneration between 24k€ and 30k€ per year depending on experience + Mutuelle + Titres Restaurants + Quality of Life at Work actions + Teleworking 2 days per week (after 6 months of seniority). With equal skills, the position is open to persons with RQTH.
