Security Officer (Perm Night Shift)

Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols within the store premises to prevent shoplifting and ensure the safety of personnel.

Monitoring surveillance equipment to maintain the security of the property.

Escorting deliveries to the basement loading bay according to the delivery process.

Preventing the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

Checking: Conducting checks on staff bags, purses, pockets, and lockers for suspicious items.

Complying with legal requirements and conducting frequent STEB bag checks for breaches.

Guarding (Loss Prevention): Preventing losses and damages by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.

Overseeing daily retail operations from a security perspective.

Guarding against theft and maintaining security by looking out for potential thefts.

Reporting rule infractions and violations.

Apprehending criminals and evicting violators.

Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.

Security Monitoring: Analyzing current theft and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Investigating thefts and filing police reports.

Others: Conducting security training for new staff and promoters.

Overseeing the daily operations of outsourced security personnel.

Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Good organizing and planning skills with the ability to multi-task

Strong understanding of building & regulatory compliance requirements

Good initiative, dependable, energetic and team player

Good time management skill Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Perm Night Shift Working Hours: 8pm to 7am
