Concretely, a Product Owner at Shift means Your role: Carrying the product vision and the value delivered to field users.

• * Manage the entire product cycle, from scoping to commissioning and run.
• * Prioritize the backlog, arbitrate, and secure quality, budget, performance, and deadlines.
• Your Discovery & scoping actions: field/Gemba, requirements gathering, personas, story mapping, value criteria.
• * Backlog & prioritization: user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of ready/done, roadmaps.
• * Steering: Scrum/Kanban rituals, PI planning, team synchronization (internal / publishers / integrators) Quality & Tests: test strategy, UAT, non-regression, compliance with field business constraints (security, availability, ergonomics) Deployment & adoption: go-live, usage measurement, feedback loop, continuous improvement.
• * KPIs & ROI: value tracking, user NPS, time-to-value, reduction of operational irritants.

It is also about Uniting stakeholders (business, operations, IT, security, quality) Sharing and transmitting product best practices within the Shift PO community.

• * Contribute to the visibility of Shift and the dissemination of our values.

Profile Description:

***Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.

• * Experience with field business applications (e.g., production, maintenance, logistics... no pure consumer web) Agile methods: Scrum and Kanban (not just Scrum) Knowledge of industry is appreciated (plus), but not mandatory.
• * Operational ease in English (workshops, demos, writing) Mastery of tracking tools (Jira/Azure DevOps) writing and synthesis skills.
