What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive rather than reactive . You should be comfortable receiving something like: "Please coordinate this with the team and make sure we get back to the customer." …and taking ownership from there: identifying who needs to be involved, communicating with them, tracking the required actions, following up when necessary, and making sure the loop is eventually closed. You should be someone who naturally thinks: What needs to happen next? Who is responsible? When should it happen? Has it actually been done? You don't need to wait for the CEO to remember every follow-up. What You Will Gain Working directly with the CEO will give you exposure to multiple areas of the company, including: Business operations
