Responsibilities: Develop and Implement: Create and enforce robust HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to construction and civil engineering projects.

Conduct Inspections: Perform regular and thorough site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non-compliance, and areas for improvement.

Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure their effective implementation across all project phases.

Incident Management: Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging safety training sessions for all site personnel, fostering a strong safety-first culture.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency response plans, conducting drills and ensuring personnel are prepared for any eventuality.

Reporting: Maintain accurate HSE records, prepare detailed reports, and communicate performance metrics to management.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Strong understanding and practical application of Regulatory Compliance . Experience with internationally recognized safety management systems such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 is highly regarded.

Technical Abilities: Proven ability to conduct thorough Site Inspections , develop and deliver comprehensive Safety Training programs, and manage Emergency Preparedness protocols.
