Scientist

1. Scale up coating formulations and application processes from laboratory trials to production, and support production coating trials.
2. Test and evaluate the quality and performance of coated products to ensure compliance with required specifications.
3. Analyze test results, troubleshoot coating-related issues, and improve coating formulations and process conditions to achieve consistent product quality.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 25–35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science ,Coating Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in the paints and coatings industry. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good command of English and computer literacy.
