Job Summary Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient task completion, maintain quality standards, manage resources, and uphold a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule Assign duties and coordinate staff work schedules to optimize workforce productivity Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement Train and guide employees on work procedures and safety practices to enhance performance and workplace safety Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth daily operations Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate matters requiring management attention Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare detailed operational reports for management review Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations Perform other related duties as assigned by management
