Production Engineer

1. Supervise and maintain the quality management system by operating according to ISO/IATF standards, including Internal Audit and the improvement of quality system documentation.
2. Control quality in the production process, such as on-site inspection, first piece inspection, quality problem management, problem analysis using 8D and 5Why, including quality assessment, customer factory audits, and Internal Audit.
3. Responsible for finished goods and delivery tasks, such as product label inspection, managing abnormalities in inspection reports, and handling customer complaints.
4. Analyze, correct, and implement solutions for quality problems occurring in the production process.
5. Improve and increase the efficiency of daily production techniques and production processes, including the integration and development of work processes.
6. Proficiently use Quality Tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, and APQP, including the 7 Quality Control Tools (QC 7 Tools) such as Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why, and PDCA, etc.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related Science and Engineering fields will be given special consideration. Able to communicate in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration (HSK not required). Age not exceeding 35 years. Have knowledge and understanding of quality management systems ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001; having an Internal Auditor Certificate in ISO/IATF will be given special consideration. Have at least 3 years of experience in quality work or production management in the manufacturing industry. Able to use Minitab and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and statistical preparation. Possess good physical health, no inappropriate behavior, and ability to work in rotating shifts will be given special consideration. Work Monday - Friday (Saturday - Sunday off)
