Accounting & Finance Asst. Manager
- Responsible for and controlling accounting processes to meet assigned KPIs.
- Responsible for and participating in planning, controlling, and auditing the preparation of accounting and tax to be accurate and on time.
- Responsible for and supervising various types of accounting work, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, and Management Accounting, to ensure accuracy and consistency with the organization's actual expense data for use as information for management decision-making.
- Supervising the preparation of various accounting analysis reports, such as cost analysis reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with accounting standards, to be used as reference information for managing other related parts of the organization.
- Controlling and supervising cost accounting work to be consistent with company policies; able to calculate and analyze costs; and inspecting and counting inventory, including raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
- Inspecting non-moving or slow-moving inventory; preparing progress reports, monthly, quarterly, and annual income and expense reports to present to executives, etc.
- Able to prepare comparison reports between standard costs and actual costs; analyze costs, calculate costs, manage costs, and perform Cost Planning, Acquistion Costs, inventory accounting, and Stock inventory accounting.
- Managing and controlling personnel and existing resources efficiently.
- Controlling, auditing, and reporting the work of employees in the Accounts Receivable-Payable department.
- Controlling and supervising petty cash disbursements.
- Controlling and supervising payments to creditors by verifying disbursement documents.
- Inspecting, tracking, and reporting financial lease agreements and important financial documents.
- Responsible for Month-end / Year-end Closing and preparing Financial Statements accurately according to accounting standards.
- Controlling and verifying the accuracy of the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement before presenting to executives.
- Coordinating with External Auditor and related agencies for financial statement audits.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields. 5+ years of work experience in Accounting and Finance; 5+ years as Asst Mgr / Manager. Possess a Certified Bookkeeper License issued by the Department of Business Development. Knowledge of taxation, financial statement analysis, and ability to use SAP or ERP systems well. Experience in Month-end / Year-end Closing; possess a CPD license. Able to work well under pressure and has high responsibility. Good English communication skills; ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered. Patient, honest, and reliable. Ability to start work immediately will be specially considered. Experience in accounting under BOI will be specially considered. Experience working with Chinese companies will be specially considered (Chinese-Thai executives are lovely and manage professionally, transparent, and reliable).
