OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Job Summary: The Therapist (Spa and Wellness) is responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role focuses on enhancing therapists’ technical skills, customer service, and adherence to company standards and protocols. Conduct onboarding and refresher training for newly hired and existing therapists. Develop and update training modules, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Demonstrate proper techniques, treatments, and service protocols. Monitor therapist performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective training. Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety protocols. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, and client feedback. Coordinate with Operations and HR for training schedules and workforce development. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance documentation. Support branch operations when needed, including hands-on supervision

Key Competencies:

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a Therapist, Senior Therapist, or Trainer (Spa/Wellness/Healthcare setting preferred) Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, procedures, and client handling Excellent communication and presentation skills Skilled in leading, developing, and motivating employees through coaching and training, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Certification in relevant therapy or training field is an advantage (DOH/ TESDA NCII).
