Job Title: Performance Specialist (Remote)

Department: Operations

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Remote — based in Egypt (supporting operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Specialist to own real-time performance monitoring of our field operations in Saudi Arabia — fully remote from Egypt. You will track supervisors hour by hour through live dashboards and calls, turn live data into clear reports, and push performance up every single day. This is not a passive reporting job — you are the remote engine that keeps supervisors accountable and targets on track.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor supervisors' performance hour by hour throughout the operating day using live dashboards, tracking systems, and regular check-in calls (WhatsApp / phone / video).

Build and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (Excel / dashboards) covering orders, delivery times, driver attendance, acceptance rates, and zone coverage.

Follow up with each supervisor on hourly targets; flag gaps immediately and escalate delays before they become end-of-day misses.

Set clear hourly and daily KPIs for supervisors and track achievement against them in real time.

Identify underperformance patterns (late starts, idle drivers, uncovered zones, missed peaks) and drive corrective action plans with supervisors.

Coach supervisors remotely on reading their numbers and closing their own performance gaps.

Run end-of-day performance reviews over video call: achieved vs. target, root causes of misses, next-day action items.

Reconcile operational numbers against source data to ensure every report is accurate before it reaches management.

Present performance summaries and improvement recommendations to management with clear numbers, not opinions.

Requirements

Based in Egypt with a reliable work-from-home setup: stable high-speed internet, quiet environment, own laptop.

2+ years in performance analysis, operations control, or a similar role (last-mile delivery / logistics / quick-commerce strongly preferred).

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); Power BI or Google Sheets dashboards a plus.

Strong analytical skills — able to spot a problem in the numbers within minutes, not at end of day.

Relentless follow-up discipline: comfortable chasing supervisors hour by hour and holding them to targets — remotely, without physical presence.

Clear communicator in Arabic and English (written reports in English required).

Full availability during Saudi Arabia operating hours (KSA timezone), including evening peaks and weekends when needed.

Comfortable with peak-hours pressure and a fast-moving operations floor — managed entirely online.

What Success Looks Like

Every supervisor knows their hourly target and where they stand — because you told them, even from another country.

Management gets accurate reports on time, every time, with zero surprises.

Month-over-month improvement in supervisor KPIs: coverage, driver utilization, and on-time performance.
