Films & Events Executive

Social Media Management Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu (XHS). Develop content in both English and Chinese to cater to different audience segments. Plan and coordinate content according to movie releases, campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Public Relations & Communications Coordinate information and materials required for publicity and media communications. Movie Premieres & Events Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of movie premieres and events. Provide on-site support before, during, and after events where required. Campaign Reporting Compile movie campaign reports, including campaign activities, results, and relevant supporting information. Daily Administrative Duties Perform daily administrative tasks such as box office updates. Coordinate and maintain campaign-related information, materials, and records. Creative Content Production (Good to be able to do the below…not a must) Basic creation and editing of photos using Canva. Basic creation and editing of videos using CapCut. Adapt creative assets into suitable formats for different social media platforms.
